Shipping Policy

At Zarrachi, we are committed to delivering your order as smoothly and transparently as possible. This shipping policy explains our handling times, estimated delivery times, and tracking process.


Order Processing & Cancellations

  • Orders are confirmed via email immediately after purchase.
  • Processing and packaging usually take 2–3 business days before dispatch.
  • Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, processing has begun and cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Times

Our items are shipped directly from our international fulfilment partners. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Delivery (Free): 7–15 business days

During peak periods (e.g. holidays), delivery may take slightly longer.

Please note: These are estimated timeframes. External factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or logistical delays may affect actual delivery times.


Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders, regardless of order amount.


Refused or Unclaimed Packages

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is not collected from the carrier’s collection point within the stated timeframe, the parcel may be returned to our fulfilment partner.
  • In such cases, return shipping and handling costs may be deducted from any refund.
  • The exact amount will be communicated to the customer by email once the return is processed.
  • If a package is deliberately refused upon delivery, the same conditions apply.

Tracking Your Order

  • All orders include a tracking number.
  • You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Updates may take a few business days to appear on the carrier’s system.

Limitations & Exceptions

While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections
  • High-demand periods
  • Unforeseen events (force majeure)

Zarrachi cannot be held liable for such delays, but we always strive to support you and keep you informed.
