Return And Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy governs all purchases made through www.zarrachi.com and is aligned with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK consumer protection laws. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth herein.


1. Scope & Applicability

This policy applies exclusively to orders placed through www.zarrachi.com. It governs returns, exchanges, and refunds in relation to both standard and discounted merchandise, subject to the specific terms detailed below.


2. General Return Conditions

Customers may initiate a return request within 14 days of delivery, provided the following criteria are met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty (see Section 3).

  • Prior authorisation must be obtained before any item is returned.

  • A Return Authorisation Number (RAN) must be requested via email and clearly marked on the parcel.

  • Customers are strongly advised to use a tracked and insured shipping method. Zarrachi accepts no liability for lost or delayed returns.

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected or subject to a discretionary handling fee.


3. Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If you receive an item that appears faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence by email before a return is approved.

  • We reserve the right to assess and verify reported faults remotely.

  • If the item is confirmed as faulty, the customer is entitled to a free return and a full refund or replacement in line with UK consumer law.

  • In certain cases, a partial refund or store credit may be offered if this is faster and more convenient for the customer.


4. Sale & Promotional Items

  • Items purchased during promotions or marked as sale are considered final sale and non-returnable under the change-of-mind provision.

  • Refunds or exchanges for sale items are only considered in cases involving substantial manufacturing defects, subject to photographic evidence and pre-approval.


5. Return Shipping & Processing

  • Approved return shipments must be sent to our international warehouse (outside the UK).

  • The return address will be provided upon approval of the request and issuance of a Return Authorisation Number.

  • International returns may incur customs fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds are only processed once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

  • Parcels returned without a valid RAN or without proof of postage may not be eligible for a refund.


6. Refund Method & Timelines

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 working days of return approval.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is legally deemed faulty.

  • Where appropriate, partial refunds may be offered at the discretion of Zarrachi to avoid unnecessary return costs.


7. Exceptions

The following items are non-returnable unless legally deemed faulty:

  • Custom-made or personalised goods

  • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. swimwear, lingerie, earrings)

  • Gift vouchers or digital items
