📦 Order Processing

Orders are confirmed by email immediately after purchase.

Processing and packaging usually take 2–3 business days before dispatch.

Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent by email so you can monitor your delivery.

Free UK Shipping on all orders – no minimum spend required.

Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days (may vary during peak periods).

All items are shipped directly from our international fulfilment partners.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Customers may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery in line with our Return Policy.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is legally deemed faulty).

Refunds are processed within 14 working days once the returned item is received and inspected.

❗ Do not send returns to the sender address – we will provide the correct return location once your request is approved.

❌ Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed once placed (e.g. size, colour, address).

Cancellations are possible within 1 hour of placing your order. After this, processing begins and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process once it arrives.
